The Brewhouse

The Brewhouse will be a two-level waterfront microbrewery overlooking the surf lagoon. Its open-air design and terrace set the scene for relaxed dining, sunsets, and live entertainment. The menu will feature pub classics, pizzas, burgers, and steaks made with local ingredients, paired with a rotating lineup of craft beers brewed on-site in striking copper tanks. With QR ordering, friendly service, and event spaces including a mezzanine with lagoon views, it’s designed for social gatherings, private functions, and good times.

Marketplace Kitchen

The Marketplace Kitchen will be the heart of Palm Valley’s dining scene, bringing a vibrant street food experience to the precinct. Designed for both efficiency and atmosphere, the open kitchen will showcase chefs cooking over fire grills and rotisseries, adding theatre to every meal. The menu will celebrate modern Australian flavours with a street-style twist — from woodfired pizzas and gourmet burgers to fresh ceviche and lobster rolls. Beach Club & Restaurant

The Beach Club at Palm Valley will deliver a relaxed yet energetic coastal experience on the edge of the wave pool. Blending casual style with modern comfort, it will feature VIP cabanas, floating daybeds, and open-air lounges made for sun, music, and good company. The menu will showcase fresh, tropical flavours — from oysters and scallop ceviche to bay lobster rolls — complemented by craft cocktails, chilled champagne, and a curated wine list. Cafe & Bakehouse

The Café & Bakehouse will be a warm, welcoming spot for fresh pastries, artisan bread, and quality coffee. With rustic design and relaxed charm, it’s a place to unwind over simple, handcrafted food. Bakers will produce daily sourdoughs, cinnamon buns, and quiches, while baristas serve expertly made coffee from locally roasted beans.
